Walking around in the morning, we realized we were by some beautiful fruit orchards and wheat fields.

There was no elevator, and the meal times were not provided. This hotel was acceptable, but not nice.

    Good breakfast buffet included.

They charged me in local currency and because of a poor conversion rate it cost more than $4 more than it should have. I booked another hotel from you in Israel and they charged me in US $ so it was exactly correct.

The dinner and breakfast at nearby dining room was good, although we were there while the hotel was under invasion by a very large and loud group of seniors from Tel Aviv. After giving us an occupied room,The ataff, to their credit, had someone immediately make up a new room.

The hotel is quite dirty and badly in need of painting and floor washing. We were given keys to a room on the second floor and had to carry our large suitcases up the stairs. Upon opening the door to the room, we can see that not only hadn't the room been made up, but the guests' belongings ond the guests themselves were still in the room! The room we received was tiny and the bathroom smelled like it hadn't We quickly re-locked the door, which slowed down the guests from chasing after us, since they had to find and use their own room key to unlock the door from the inside. By the time they came out, we were well down the hall with our luggage. Due to the language barrier, all we could do was show them that we had a key to the room.

One of the hotels in Israel where crew speaks fluent English. Perfect price to quality ratio. || Jeden z hoteli w Izraelu gdzie obsluga mowi plynnie po Angielsku. Idealny stosunek ceny do jakosci.

Wireless coverage only in the lobby area. || Zakres sieci bezprzewodowej ograniczony do obszaru wokol recepcji.

Location, just on the road heading north. Simple straight forward hotel at a decent price. I would recommend it for the occasional business traveler, less for leisure or vacation.

i do not recommend this hotel. i slepy on the extrabed on the floor (mattrass) ( room number 188, on a wednesday night) and was stung at least 80 times by bedbugs (cimex lenticularis) on the wholw body. so much for a nice weekend! which was ruined by disfiguration, itching and loss of sleep etc.

    Location

this used to be Etap hotel (a European chain of basic-service budget hotels owned by the Accor Group) The rooms are very simply furnished and in most cases the walls are whitewashed. Rooms typically contain amenities such as a small desk. showers are located in the room with no privecy.

I was out in an educational trip, the location was excellent but the first night the hotel was fully booked, and they had lack of staff and my room was not cleaned the second day until i asked them to do so; the hall ways were dirty and were not cleaned. The food was good and the staff were friendly.

    Cleanliness only

Good location. Plenty of parking spots. Large breakfast buffet. International channels on TV.

Not appealing. Soiled carpets. Bugs. Few amenities. Small room. Someone tried to get into our room (and several other rooms at 2:00 am) but the staff didn't take it seriously.

Good quality / price ratio. We used "flash deals" from Booked.net and got 50% discount from a normal price. Since prices for hotels in Israel are very high, it this was the best option to stay one night in the north of Israel. Good hotel if you are traveling by a car, not by buses. A quite good breakfast.

Horrible staff. We arrived this hotel late in the evening tired after a day hiking. At the reception we met Mr. Ihab who was very aggressive and demanded a hotel voucher for a Booked.net. I went around half of a Europe and nobody did not require any voucher in any hotel. I must note that I've booked this hotel a day before during my trip so I couldn't print a voucher. Always my name, my passport and my credit card were enough to get a key from the room. After I printed off a letter the Booked.net there was another surprise from Mr. Ihab who said I should pay $10 more that it was listed in hotel voucher. He said I should add vat to my order from Booked.net аlthough the site stated that tourists do not pay а tax. He did not want to understand that an order was made by a tourist and argued with us half an hour. He agreed to charge us the original amount only after we talked by phone with his manager. Mr. Ihab acted very rude towards us. In no other place we have never seen such a brutal attitude towards customers.

    The staff were friendly.

The room were not properly cleaned. Bare minimum facilities. There was no pool, no phones in the room. You had to leave your room to talk to the front desk. The food was not nice. The building does not look inviting from the outside or the inside.

Quiet. Overall, it was a good value for the money.

The hotel was limited as to staff who spoke english (probably due to the vast majority of the guests being Israeli). They were also limitedly accomodating as to bus schedules and directions. For me, it was all part of my "adventure", would have appreciated a bit more hand holding on the part of the staff. I also realize that I stayed over Shabbos which presents logistical challenges just because.
